In screen settings, you can change how the CRT emulation should look, remove the scan lines or change the colors. The only downside is it seems to use the C64 original resolution, which is quite small compared to modern computers. Excellent tool to record gameplay or anything else you want to record in the emulator. To record the screen as a video select “Save media file” under Snapshot to record the screen as video. Record/Play events save your typing and events like that and you can replay them. Back in the 80s, you would need a Final Cartridge, Power Cartridge, or something similar to save your game progress. But with snapshots, you can save progress in games, or whatever you want.

C64 games don’t usually have progress save function.
